It was perfect conditions, although maybe a bit warm for the geezers down the back of the field.
Note that where it says a PB, then this indicates a "PB as a Strider" which clearly includes your first run.
Special mentions :
John Young for being such a speed demon. His time puts him at the top of the Striders Ladder for current members and I think that this is probably the all-time Striders record. Wait for confirmation of this over the next
couple of years (?!)
Jo Cowan for still coming 4th female despite not being pleased with her time
and of course Murray Town for going down early to set up the gear (and to still find time to race !).
